What we collect
When you enquire or order by email: your name, email address, shipping address, phone number and payment reference (bank transfer or card payment reference). When you contact us on Instagram, WhatsApp or by email: the content of your message and any attached photos. When you visit tiqoss.com: IP address, browser type and page views. Analytics and marketing cookies are set only after you give consent in privacy-strict regions (EEA, UK, Switzerland). Please do not send unnecessary personal data in your first enquiry.
Why we collect it
To answer your enquiry, confirm availability and price, fulfil and ship your order, issue invoices and comply with EU and Slovak tax law, and reply to your messages. With your consent we also use Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads to understand how the site is used and to measure our advertising. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for behavioural profiling beyond that.
Legal basis
Performance of a contract (orders and enquiries), legal obligation (accounting and tax records), legitimate interest (site security, basic traffic statistics) and consent (analytics and marketing cookies). You can withdraw consent at any time.
Who we share it with
Carriers (DHL, GLS, FedEx, UPS) for insured, tracked shipping. Our bank and payment provider for processing payments. The Slovak tax authority for invoices. Google (Google Analytics 4, Google Ads) only when you have consented to analytics and marketing cookies. No other third parties.
Your rights under GDPR
You have the right to access, rectify, erase or restrict the processing of your personal data, to data portability, to object to processing and to withdraw consent. You may also lodge a complaint with the Slovak Data Protection Authority (Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov SR). Email tiqoss@tiqoss.com to exercise any right — we respond within 30 days.
Retention
Order and invoice data: 10 years (Slovak tax law). Enquiry emails without an order: up to 24 months. Web analytics: retained by Google Analytics for 14 months, then aggregated. Consent preference: stored in your browser until you clear it.

Essential cookies and local storage remember your theme, language and consent choice — no consent is needed for these. Analytics and marketing cookies (Google Analytics 4, Google Ads) are loaded only after you accept them in the consent banner if you are visiting from the EEA, UK or Switzerland.
