Last updated: 1 May 2026. TIQOSS s.r.o. is the data controller. This policy describes what we collect, why, and your rights under GDPR.
What we collect
When you place an order: name, shipping address, email, phone, payment reference. When you contact us: email content, attached photos, WhatsApp messages. When you visit the site: IP address, user agent, page views (anonymised, no third-party trackers).
Why we collect it
To fulfil your order, deliver shipments, comply with EU tax law (10-year invoice retention), and reply to your messages. We do not use your data for advertising or behavioural targeting.
Who we share it with
Carriers (DHL, GLS, FedEx, UPS) for shipping. Slovak tax authority for invoices. Our payment processor (Stripe / SEPA bank). No other third parties — ever.
Your rights under GDPR
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and lodging a complaint with the Slovak DPA. Email tiqoss@tiqoss.com to exercise any right; we respond within 30 days.
Retention
Order data: 10 years (Slovak tax law). Marketing emails: until you unsubscribe. Web analytics: 90 days then aggregated.
Cookies
We use only essential cookies (site preferences such as theme + language). No third-party tracking, no advertising cookies, no consent banner required under GDPR essential exemption.
