We follow EU consumer law to the letter. Standard catalogue items carry a 14-day right of withdrawal; personalised editions are made to order and therefore exempt.
Standard items — 14-day withdrawal
Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, you have 14 days from receipt to notify us of a withdrawal. The clock must be returned in original packaging and condition. Refund issued within 14 days of our receipt of the returned clock. Return shipping is paid by the buyer.
Personalised editions
Custom-coloured carbon fiber hands or any other personalised attribute exempt the order from EU withdrawal under Article 16(c). Once production has started (i.e., after digital proof approval) the order cannot be cancelled or returned.
Damaged in transit
All shipments are insured for full value. If your clock arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and the damage, then contact tiqoss@tiqoss.com within 48 hours. We file the insurance claim and replace your clock at no charge.
Warranty repairs
12-month warranty covers the clock movement and craftsmanship from delivery. Movement failures, hand misalignment, or coating defects are repaired or replaced at no charge. Damage caused by drops, water, or improper installation is not covered.

Email tiqoss@tiqoss.com with your order number, the SKU, and a brief description. We respond within 24 hours with the return address and instructions.
