Terms of service
Last updated: 1 May 2026. These terms apply to all orders placed with TIQOSS s.r.o., a company registered in the Slovak Republic.
Order formation
TIQOSS operates an inquiry-based business model. Browsing the site does not constitute an order. A contract is formed when we issue a written order confirmation by email after agreeing on specifications, lead time, and price.
Pricing & payment
All prices are in EUR and exclude VAT (we apply Slovak VAT 20% to EU consumers without a valid VAT number). We invoice 100% upon order confirmation; we ship after payment is received via SEPA, IBAN transfer, or Stripe. We do not accept cash on delivery.
Lead times
Stated lead times are estimates. Standard items 2–4 weeks; custom orders 4–5 weeks. Delays caused by force majeure, OEM rim availability, or shipping carrier issues are communicated promptly but do not entitle the buyer to cancellation beyond consumer law.
Limitation of liability
Our maximum liability is the value of your order. We are not liable for installation errors, wall failures, or consequential damages caused by improper handling. Use the included stainless steel bracket on solid walls only.
Governing law & jurisdiction
Slovak law applies. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Slovak courts, except where EU consumer law grants you a jurisdiction in your country of residence.
