We ship worldwide from our Bratislava workshop. Every clock is fully insured, tracked, and packed in a custom plywood crate.
EU delivery
3–5 business days. Flat rate €35, fully insured. Carrier: DHL or GLS. Most clocks ship within 48 hours of order confirmation if in stock.
United Kingdom
5–7 business days. Flat rate €55. After Brexit, all shipments are DDP (delivered duty paid) — UK customers do not pay additional VAT on arrival.
Switzerland & Norway
7–10 business days. Flat rate €65. Customs duties paid by buyer on import. We provide commercial invoice and HS code (9105.99).
United States & Canada
7–14 business days. Flat rate €120 with FedEx International Priority. US/Canadian import duties (typically 3–5%) paid by buyer on delivery.
Rest of world
Quoted per destination. Common rates: UAE €110 · Australia €140 · Singapore €120 · Japan €130. All shipments tracked and insured.
Lead times
In-stock items ship within 2–4 weeks. Custom orders ship within 4–5 weeks (1–2 weeks added for paint matching and digital proof).
